Brands:
Mandarin Oriental New York • Virgin Hotels NYC • Gild Hall NYC by Hyatt • Conrad Los Angeles • Vidanta Resorts Riviera Maya • Thompson Central Park • Margaritaville NYC
Context
Luxury hospitality brands rely on visual storytelling to shape perception long before a guest arrives. Across multiple properties; from urban luxury hotels in New York and Los Angeles to destination resorts in Mexico – these brands needed elevated content that could live across social media, creator partnerships, press and paid media.
The goal was to build visual assets that captured each property’s personality while remaining flexible enough to support multiple marketing channels.
The System
I developed a content ecosystem designed to produce versatile visual storytelling rather than one-off imagery for each brand.
This included:
- Producing lifestyle, architectural, and experiential photography designed for social-first platforms
- Building flexible content libraries that could be deployed across social media, creator campaigns, paid media, and PR
- Capturing authentic on-property experiences—from dining and design to destination moments
- Aligning visual direction with each brand’s positioning, from luxury urban stays to resort escapes
- Structuring shoots to generate long-term content value rather than short campaign bursts
The result was a scalable visual system that allowed hospitality brands to consistently show, not just tell their guest experience across digital channels.
